Subject of the proceeding: Passing on of orders - among them the so-called Shooting Order - by the SSPF Warsaw, the deputy commander of the Gendarmerie and the intelligence officer in the staff of the commander of the Order police in Warsaw, to shoot Jews for violations without trials. At least 2300 Jews were shot on the basis of these orders. Shooting of at least 110 Jewish prisoners from the Treblinka labor camp ('T1') who were unable to work
