The digital data bases connected to the JuNSV project include all post-war East- and West- German trial judgments which are (being) published in the book series. They contain a great deal of detailed information on trials, crime locations, defendants, witnesses, perpetrator agencies and so on. They also contain extensive information on a wide variety of other (e.g. legal) aspects related to the German trials and the prosecution of Nazi criminals. For general overviews of the trials, please consult the project's website, located at the internet site of the Law Faculty of the University of Amsterdam

Next to the project's data bases from which these general overviews were compiled, there is an extensive press archive of clippings and articles from German newspapers and magazines, relating to the prosecution of NS-crimes in Germany, dating back to the early 1960s.

In relation to these sources EX POST FACTO offers the following services:

■ Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, EX POST FACTO conducts its investigations on a "no-cure-no-pay" basis, which means that if we cannot answer your questions you will be notified free of charge.

■ Basic fees *

Standard fee (including two hours for research & report): € 75,-
Every additional hour: € 30,-
